Aarthi Sritharan
My name is Aarthi Sritharan, I am 9 years old and born in Brisbane. I have one older brother who is 12 years old and a wonderful inspiration to me.
Science & English
Aislinn Grimley Aislinn has a passion for storytelling, whether in writing, presenting to her class or in song. She loves to play with language and has a quirky spontaneous sense of humour. Reading is one of her favourite pastimes; she also loves singing and hip hop dancing. Animals are very special to her, particularly her puppy Humbug. Her love of the natural world extends to a keen interest in conservation and exploring the plant and animal kingdoms. She was delighted and most surprised to be the recipient of her ICAS awards this year.
Science & Computer Skills
Alistair Chapman My name is Alistair Chapman. I am 14 and in year 9 of Brisbane Grammar School. This year I am extremely proud to have one the medals for Computer Skills and Science. I am an avid IT enthusiast, but also enjoy bike-riding, modelling and travel. With the school I also participate in debating, cricket, soccer and photograph and computer clubs.

Callum Dargavel I was very happy to receive High Distinctions for Science, Maths, and Computer Skills this year, and especially happy to be awarded a medal for both Maths and Computer Skills. My favourite subject at school is Maths because it's fun. I like swimming, tennis, handball, Playstation, my computer, board games, puzzles, and playing with family and friends. My favourite thing to do is spend time with my family.

Christopher Dilger In 2006 Chris entered ICAS - Science, he enjoyed the experience and decided to have a go at ICAS in 2007. He was very excited to learn he won medals for the Computer Skills and Science. The trip to the Awards Ceremony will be a memorable experience for Chris and his family. Chris's favourite activities include origami, photography, filming and editing movies to create DVD's, and electronics. He enjoys playing futsal, tennis, and riding his bike. Chris is also learning to play the violin.
