Science, Mathematics and Writing
Thomas Khoo It is rewarding to know that my hard work and effort during the competitions has paid off and I think that the opportunity to undertake these competitions is of considerable benefit to the students not only in allowing them to set goals but to feel a sense of satisfaction upon achieving them. My hobbies include: tennis, table tennis, piano, oboe, chess, debating, reading and writing.

Science & Mathematics
Emilio Pace Emilio has an interest in Problem Solving, Robotics and Computer Programming. He enjoys designing and building things. In 2006, he was awarded a scholarship to St Peter's College. He was the highest scoring Year 8 student in Australia in the 2007 Australian Informatics Competition.
Writing & Mathematics
Joule Li My hobbies and interests could be called "academically orientated". I have an unquenchable curiosity in the areas of Mathematics and the Sciences. I also have a passion for both Debating and Mooting, I enjoy playing computer games, as well as playing badminton, table-tennis, and chess.
Science & Mathematics
Nazmus Salehin Receiving two UNSW medals this year was something I didn't expect which made it even more special. Apart from maths puzzles, I enjoy playing chess and programming for fun.
Writing & Spelling
Rosie Robinson I enjoy horse-riding, netball and reading. My favourite book is "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban." It was very exciting waiting for, and then reading, the final book recently. I live on a hobby farm in the Adelaide Hills. My favourite colour is green. When I grow up I want to be a vet because I love animals. In the holidays I like to go to our beach-house and collect pretty and interesting shells while we walk on the beach.
